Paul Skinner, pastry chef and wedding cake specialist, drawing on his professional experience of over 20 years in the hotel industry, saw an opportunity to provide Perth with a Patisserie equal in excellence to its European counterparts but not yet experienced here in Perth. Where quality and consistency are the main attributes.
He has successfully used time-honoured traditions to make Pàtisserie that respects but transcends the original.
The product list changes regularly throughout the year but the Quality never does.
